National Highways is responsible for operating, maintaining and improving England's motorways and major (trunk) roads with a road network of approximately 4,300 miles.

High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd is the company building Britain's new high speed railway. One of the UK's largest construction projects, HS2 is building 345 miles of brand new track.
